Priston Plumbing is a family-run plumbing and heating company based across Kent and the South West. We started with one van and a long memory for the things that go wrong on a Friday afternoon. Twenty years on, we're still answering our own phone.

Our story
Started in 1938. Still answering the phone ourselves.
The business started in 1938 with a single van, a domestic gas ticket, and the simple idea that local trade ought to mean local trust. We don't answer to a call centre, we don't subcontract, and we don't recommend work that doesn't need doing.
Over the years we've grown by word of mouth, one good job leading to the next. The team is built around engineers who take pride in tidy, lasting work and treat your home like their own.
Today we're a small team of engineers and office staff, covering Kent and the South West out of two depots. Whoever quotes your job is the engineer who turns up to do it.

Fixed quotes, honoured.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If we find something on the day, we tell you before we touch it.
Repair before replace.
We'll always try to fix what's there first. A new boiler is a last resort, not a first call.
Same engineer, same job.
Whoever quotes is whoever turns up. We don't subcontract and we don't disappear mid-job.
Local for the long run.
We live here. Half our work is from neighbours of last week's customers. We can't afford a bad job — and we don't do them.
